Drill Press Vice - 100mm

This drill press vice is cast, machined and assembled by the world's leading and largest vice manufacturer, who have been established since 1950. The body of the vice is precision CNC machined from solid grey iron castings, a material recognised for its wear resistance and high compressive strength and has a class leading clamping force of 8000N for assured work holding.

The base of the vice is also machined and features two long mounting slots that allow for easy adjustment and positioning on the machine table. The main screw is made from hardened and tempered steel, features a quick action acme thread with a pivoting handle allowing for unrestricted clamping.

The 100mm wide by 27mm deep steel jaws are machine serrated for improved grip and work holding. When fully open this drill press vice has a clamping capacity of 115mm. The epoxy powder coated finish is both hard wearing and corrosion resistant.
